1Prepare the corn: Carefully remove the husks and silk from the Corn on the cob.
2Grill the corn: Preheat a grill to medium-high heat. Lightly brush each Corn on the cob with melted Unsalted butter. Place the Corn on the cob on the hot grill and cook, turning occasionally, until kernels are tender and slightly charred, about 10-15 minutes.
3Prepare the topping mixture: While the Corn on the cob is grilling, in a small bowl, combine the Mexican crema, squeeze the juice from the Lime into the bowl, and add the Fine sea salt. Mix well.
