If using fresh Garaetteok, separate them. If using refrigerated or frozen Garaetteok, soak them in warm water for 10-15 minutes until softened. Drain well.

Thinly slice the Beef sirloin into bite-sized pieces. In a bowl, combine the Beef sirloin with 15g Soy sauce, 5g Sugar, 5g minced Garlic, 5g Sesame oil, and 1g Black pepper. Mix well and let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.

Prepare the vegetables: Slice the Onion thinly. Cut the Carrot into thin matchsticks. Slice the Shiitake mushrooms thinly. Core and slice the Red bell pepper and Yellow bell pepper into thin strips. Blanch the Spinach briefly in boiling water, then rinse in cold water, squeeze out excess moisture, and cut into 5cm lengths. Slice the Green onion diagonally into 3cm pieces. Mince the remaining 20g Garlic.
