1Preheat oven to 190°C. Prepare a baking dish by lightly greasing it with a small amount of Extra-virgin olive oil.
2Wash the Cauliflower thoroughly. Remove the outer leaves and core, then cut the Cauliflower into medium-sized florets.
3Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the Cauliflower florets and blanch for 5-7 minutes, or until tender-crisp. Drain the Cauliflower well and set aside.
