In a small saucepan, gently warm the Whole milk and Unsalted butter until the butter is melted and the milk is lukewarm (around 38-40°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the All-purpose flour, the 30g of Granulated sugar (for dough), Instant dry yeast, and Salt. Whisk to combine.
Pour the warm milk and butter mixture into the dry ingredients. Add the Egg yolk.
