Boil 300g Potatoes until tender. Peel and mash them thoroughly in a bowl.

Heat 10g Refined vegetable oil in a small pan. Add 5g finely chopped Green chilies and 10g grated Fresh ginger. Sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add the mashed Potatoes to the pan. Stir in 2g Turmeric powder, 2g Red chili powder, 5g Coriander powder, 3g Cumin powder, 5g Amchur powder, 3g Garam masala, and 5g Salt. Mix well to combine all spices with the Potatoes.
