Prepare the filling: In a food processor, finely grind the Roasted peanuts and 30 grams of Toasted white sesame seeds until crumbly. Transfer to a bowl.

Add 50 grams of Granulated sugar and the Lard to the ground peanut mixture. Mix thoroughly with a spoon or your hands until well combined and the mixture can be pressed into small, firm balls.

Roll the filling mixture into small balls, approximately 10 grams each. Set aside.
