1In a large mixing bowl, combine Bread flour, 40 grams of Granulated sugar, Instant yeast, and Salt. Whisk to combine.
2Warm Milk slightly (to about 35-40°C) and add to the dry ingredients along with the 50 grams of Egg. Mix until a shaggy dough forms.
3Turn the dough out onto a clean surface and knead for 8-10 minutes until it becomes somewhat smooth. Incorporate the 30 grams of Unsalted butter (for the dough) and continue kneading until the dough is smooth, elastic, and passes the windowpane test.
