1Rinse the raw rice, urad dal, and fenugreek seeds together thoroughly under running water until the water runs clear.
2Soak the rinsed raw rice, urad dal, and fenugreek seeds in approximately 700 ml of water for at least 4-6 hours.
3Drain the soaking water completely. Transfer the soaked raw rice, urad dal, fenugreek seeds, and the cooked rice to a wet grinder or a powerful blender.
