1. In a large pot, combine Beef brisket, Water, 20g of Garlic, and Ginger. Bring to a rolling boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 1.5 hours, skimming any foam that rises to the surface.

2. Carefully remove the Beef brisket from the pot and let it cool. Once cool enough to handle, shred the Beef brisket into thin strips. Strain the broth through a fine-mesh sieve to remove solids, reserving the clear broth.
