1Dry roast the Foxtail millet in a heavy-bottomed pan over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until aromatic and slightly golden. Set aside.
2Heat Ghee in the same pan over medium heat. Add Mustard seeds and allow them to splutter.
3Add Cumin seeds, Urad dal, and Chana dal. Sauté until the dals turn light golden brown.
