1Finely chop the Cilantro, dice the Jitomate, finely dice the Cebolla blanca, and finely mince the Chile serrano.
2In a medium non-stick skillet, heat the Aceite vegetal over medium heat.
3Add the Cebolla blanca and Chile serrano to the skillet and sauté until the Cebolla blanca is translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
