1Melt the Unsalted Butter and set aside to cool slightly.
2Crumble the White Cheese into a medium bowl. Grate the Kashar Cheese and add it to the White Cheese.
3Finely chop the Fresh Parsley and mix it into the cheese mixture. Add Black Pepper and mix well. Taste and adjust Salt if necessary, considering the saltiness of the White Cheese.
