1Drain and press Firm Tofu to remove excess water. Cut the Firm Tofu into 2cm cubes.
2Heat 30g of Vegetable Oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Carefully add the Firm Tofu cubes and pan-fry until golden brown and slightly crispy on all sides. Remove the pan-fried Firm Tofu from the wok and set aside.
3Slice Fresh Shiitake Mushrooms. Julienne Carrot. Slice Napa Cabbage into 3cm pieces. Dice Green Bell Pepper into 2cm squares.
