Wash 500g Guava thoroughly and chop them into small pieces, discarding any tough core or seeds if preferred.

In a blender, combine the chopped Guava, 5g Green chili, 5g Black salt, 3g Roasted cumin powder, 50g Sugar, 15g Lemon juice, and 200g Water. Blend until the mixture is completely smooth.

Strain the blended mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a large pitcher or bowl, pressing down on the solids with a spoon to extract all the liquid. Discard the remaining pulp.
