Add the ginger-garlic paste, Kashmiri red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, kasuri methi, the remaining salt, the remaining lemon juice, and mustard oil. Mix all ingredients thoroughly to form a smooth and consistent marinade.
