1Clean and devein the Prawns. Marinate them with 1 gram of Turmeric powder and 3 grams of Salt. Set aside for 15 minutes.
2Heat Ghee in a heavy-bottomed pan over medium heat. Add Mustard seeds and Cumin seeds. Once they splutter, add Asafoetida and Curry leaves. Sauté for a few seconds.
3Add chopped Onions and sauté until they turn translucent and light golden brown.
