1Rinse the Bajra (pearl millet, coarsely ground) and Moong dal (split yellow lentils) thoroughly under running water.
2Soak the rinsed Bajra (pearl millet, coarsely ground) and Moong dal (split yellow lentils) together in 500g of water for at least 30 minutes.
3Finely chop the Green chili and grate the Ginger.
