1Rinse the Pork liver thoroughly under cold water, then slice it into thin pieces, about 0.5 cm thick. Place the sliced Pork liver in a bowl.
2Add Shaoxing wine, Light soy sauce, White pepper, and Cornstarch to the Pork liver. Mix well and let it marinate for 10 minutes.
3Wash the Spinach thoroughly and cut it into 5 cm sections. Set aside.
