1Wash 200g Sona Masuri Rice and 100g Moong Dal thoroughly under running water until the water runs clear.
2Lightly roast the washed Moong Dal in a dry pan over medium heat for 2-3 minutes until it turns aromatic and slightly golden. Be careful not to burn it.
3Combine the washed Sona Masuri Rice, roasted Moong Dal, 1100g Water, and 5g Salt in a pressure cooker. Add 10g Ghee to the mixture.
