Once cooked, transfer the hot rice to a large bowl and season with 5 grams of sesame oil for rice and 2 grams of salt for rice. Mix gently until well combined and let it cool slightly.

In a bowl, marinate the beef sirloin with 20 grams of soy sauce, 10 grams of granulated sugar, 5 grams of minced garlic, 5 grams of sesame oil for beef, and 1 gram of black pepper. Mix well and let it sit for 10 minutes. Heat a pan over medium-high heat and stir-fry the marinated beef sirloin until fully cooked and browned. Set aside.

3. Prepare Spinach: Wash 150 grams of spinach. Blanch the spinach in boiling water for 30 seconds. Immediately transfer to an ice bath to stop cooking, then squeeze out excess water thoroughly. In a bowl, season the spinach with 5 grams of sesame oil for spinach and 1 gram of salt for spinach. Mix well.
