Thoroughly wash the Fresh mint leaves and pat them dry.
Peel the Ginger and roughly chop it. Remove the stem from the Green chili.
Combine the Dahi, Fresh mint leaves, Green chili, Ginger, Bhuna Jeera Powder, Kala Namak, and Sendha Namak in a blender.
