1Cut the Chhena into 2.5 cm cubes.
2Heat 20 grams of Ghee in a heavy-bottomed pan over medium heat. Lightly fry the Chhena cubes until they turn golden brown on all sides. Remove the fried Chhena and set aside.
3In the same pan, add the cubed Potato and fry until light golden and partially cooked. Remove the fried Potato and set aside.
