1Drain the Mozzarella di bufala thoroughly for at least 30 minutes, then slice it into 0.5 cm thick pieces.
2Trim the crusts from the Pane casareccio and slice it into 1 cm thick pieces. You will need 8 slices for 4 sandwiches.
3Place a slice of Mozzarella di bufala between two slices of Pane casareccio to form a sandwich. Gently press the edges together to seal. Repeat for all sandwiches.
