Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Cook Macaroni according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Dice Chicken thigh into 2cm cubes. Thinly slice Onion. Separate Shimeji mushrooms into individual strands.

In a large pan, melt 10g of Unsalted butter over medium heat. Add Chicken thigh and sauté until lightly browned. Add sliced Onion and Shimeji mushrooms, continuing to sauté until Onion is translucent and vegetables are tender. Remove from pan and set aside.
