Soak the 1000 grams of Pork neck bones in cold water for 60 minutes, changing the water once to remove impurities.

In a large pot, add the soaked Pork neck bones and cover with fresh water. Bring to a rolling boil for 10 minutes, then drain the water and rinse the Pork neck bones thoroughly under cold running water. Discard the initial boiling water.

Return the rinsed Pork neck bones to the clean pot. Add 3000 grams of fresh water, 50 grams of Garlic, 30 grams of Ginger, 50 grams of Green onion white parts, 200 grams of Onion, and 300 grams of Korean radish. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer gently for 2.5 hours.
