1Wash 100 grams of Toor dal thoroughly and soak in enough water for 30 minutes.
2Drain the soaked Toor dal and cook it in a pressure cooker with 300 grams of fresh water until soft, about 2-3 whistles. Set aside.
3Peel and dice 500 grams of Pumpkin into 1-inch cubes.
