1Heat 10 grams of ghee in a large pan over medium heat. Add the Vermicelli and roast until it turns light golden brown. Remove the roasted Vermicelli and set aside.
2In the same pan, add the Semolina and roast for 3-4 minutes until it becomes aromatic and lightly toasted. Remove the roasted Semolina and set aside.
3Heat the remaining 20 grams of ghee in the same pan. Add the Mustard seeds and let them splutter.
