1In a large mixing bowl, combine 250g Maida and 50g Ghee. Rub the Ghee into the Maida until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs.
2Gradually add 100g Water, kneading to form a firm yet pliable dough. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 20 minutes.
3For the sata, mix 30g Maida and 30g Ghee in a small bowl until a smooth, thick paste is formed. Set aside.
