1Slice the Beef sirloin into thin strips, approximately 1 cm thick and 5-6 cm long. In a bowl, combine the Beef sirloin with 20g of Soy sauce, 10g of Minced garlic, 5g of Sugar, 5g of Sesame oil, and 1g of Black pepper. Mix well and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
2Prepare the Bellflower root by slicing it into strips similar in size to the Beef sirloin. Blanch the Bellflower root in boiling water for 2-3 minutes until slightly tender, then drain and rinse with cold water. Squeeze out excess moisture.
