1Bring the Water to a boil in a medium saucepan. Add 3 grams of Salt.
2Stir in the Fine bulgur, then reduce the heat to low, cover the saucepan, and let the Fine bulgur simmer for 10 minutes until all the Water is absorbed.
3Remove the saucepan from the heat and let the Fine bulgur rest, covered, for another 5 minutes to steam.
