1Rehydrate the dried jujubes in warm water for 15 minutes, then deseed and finely chop them. Reserve a small portion of chopped dried jujubes for garnish.
2Peel the chestnuts and steam them until very soft, then mash them into a coarse paste.
3In a small bowl, combine the majority of the chopped dried jujubes and the mashed chestnuts with 10 grams of the honey to create a mixed filling.
