1Peel the Raw banana and slice it thinly into rounds or lengthwise strips, about 2-3mm thick. Place the sliced Raw banana in a bowl of water to prevent discoloration.
2In a large mixing bowl, combine the chickpea flour, rice flour, red chili powder, turmeric powder, asafoetida, cumin powder, and salt.
3Gradually add Water to the dry ingredients, whisking continuously, to form a smooth, thick batter without lumps. The batter should be thick enough to coat the Raw banana slices evenly.
