1Heat a heavy-bottomed pan. Add 250 grams Semolina and dry roast on medium-low heat for 5-7 minutes until aromatic and lightly toasted, but not browned. Transfer to a large mixing bowl and let it cool.
2In the same pan, heat 30 grams Ghee. Add 5 grams Mustard seeds and let them splutter.
3Add 10 grams Chana dal and 10 grams Urad dal. Fry until they turn light golden brown.
