1Bring a large pot of water to a rolling boil. Add 10 grams of salt, then add the Spaghetti and cook according to package directions until al dente. Reserve 100 grams of the pasta cooking water before draining the Spaghetti.
2While the Spaghetti cooks, heat 15 grams of olive oil in a large skillet or pan over medium heat. Add the Bacon and cook until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the cooked Bacon from the pan and set aside, leaving the rendered fat in the pan.
3Add the Yellow onion to the pan with the bacon fat and sauté until softened and translucent, about 3-4 minutes. Add the Garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
