Clean Snow crab thoroughly under cold running water. Using kitchen shears, remove the stomach sack and gills. Cut each Snow crab into 4-6 pieces, separating the legs and body.

In a large pot, combine Water, Dried anchovies, and Dried kelp. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 15 minutes. Remove and discard the Dried anchovies and Dried kelp.

While the broth simmers, prepare the vegetables. Slice Korean radish into thin half-moon shapes. Cut Green onions into 5cm lengths. Separate Enoki mushrooms. Slice Firm tofu into 2cm thick rectangles. Diagonally slice Red chili pepper and Green chili pepper.
