1Rinse the Idli rice thoroughly and soak it in ample water for at least 6 hours, or preferably overnight.
2Separately rinse the Urad dal and Fenugreek seeds together, then soak them in water for at least 4 hours.
3Rinse the Poha and soak it in a small amount of water for 15 minutes just before grinding.
