1Dice the Onion into small pieces. Dice the Green bell pepper into small pieces. Dice the Tomatoes into small cubes. Slice the Sucuk into thin rounds.
2Heat the Olive oil in a large, heavy-bottomed pan or a traditional menemen pan over medium heat.
3Add the sliced Sucuk to the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes until it renders some fat and becomes slightly crispy. Remove the cooked Sucuk from the pan and set aside, leaving the rendered fat in the pan.
