1Slice the Pork Belly into bite-sized pieces. Roughly chop the Aged Kimchi into 2-3 cm pieces. Thinly slice the Onion. Mince the Garlic. Chop the Green Onion for garnish.
2Heat a large non-stick pan or wok over medium-high heat. Add the Cooking Oil.
3Add the sliced Pork Belly to the hot pan and stir-fry until it is browned and rendered, about 5-7 minutes. Remove any excess rendered fat if desired, leaving about 15g in the pan.
