1In a large mixing bowl, thoroughly mash the Ripe bananas until no lumps remain.
2Add the powdered Jaggery, Plain yogurt, Salt, Cumin seeds, Cardamom powder, and melted Ghee to the mashed bananas. Mix well until the Jaggery is fully dissolved and all ingredients are combined.
3Gradually add the Maida and Baking soda to the wet mixture. Mix and knead into a soft, pliable dough. The dough should be slightly sticky initially but will firm up after resting. Do not add water unless absolutely necessary; the moisture from bananas and yogurt should suffice.
