1In a bowl, whisk together the All-purpose flour, Water, and Dashi stock until a smooth, thin batter forms. Set aside.
2Heat a large teppanyaki grill or a non-stick pan to medium heat (approximately 180°C). Lightly coat the surface with Vegetable oil.
3Pour a small ladleful of the batter onto the hot surface to form a thin, round crepe, about 20 cm in diameter.
