1Pat the Trout dry thoroughly with paper towels. Season the inside and outside of each Trout with Fine sea salt and Black pepper.
2Carefully stuff the cavity of each Trout with alternating slices of Fontina Valdostana DOP cheese and Prosciutto Cotto. Ensure the stuffing is secure within the fish.
3Lightly dust the exterior of each stuffed Trout with 00 flour, shaking off any excess.
