1In a bowl, combine the milk, 50g of the sweetened condensed milk, and the granulated sugar. Stir thoroughly until the granulated sugar is completely dissolved.
2Pour the milk mixture into a shallow freezer-safe container or an ice cream maker bowl. Freeze until solid, preferably for at least 6 hours or overnight. If using a container, periodically scrape the sides and break up the ice to achieve a finer texture.
3Once the milk mixture is completely frozen, shave it using a bingsu machine to create a fine, snowy ice texture. If a bingsu machine is unavailable, a powerful food processor or blender can be used, pulsing the frozen milk until it resembles snow.
