11. Clean the Chicken pieces thoroughly and set aside. Marinate the Chicken with 1 gram of Turmeric Powder and 2 grams of Salt for at least 15 minutes.
22. For the masala paste, heat a small pan and dry roast the Dried Red Chilies, Fennel Seeds, Cumin Seeds, and Black Peppercorns until fragrant. Remove from pan.
33. In the same pan, add a tiny amount of Sesame Oil and sauté the Shallots, Garlic Cloves, Ginger, Green Chili, Grated Coconut, and Cashews until the shallots are translucent and coconut is lightly golden. Let it cool.
