Roughly chop the Almonds and Cashews.

Heat 100 grams of Ghee in a heavy-bottomed pan over medium heat. Add the Edible gum in small batches and fry until it puffs up and becomes crisp. Remove the fried Edible gum and set aside to cool. Once cooled, lightly crush it with the back of a spoon or in a mortar and pestle.

In the same pan, add the remaining 100 grams of Ghee. Add the Whole wheat flour and roast on a low flame, stirring continuously, until it turns golden brown and emits a fragrant aroma, approximately 15-20 minutes. Transfer the roasted Whole wheat flour to a large mixing bowl.
