1Place the Dried radish greens in a large bowl, cover with plenty of cold water, and soak overnight for at least 12 hours until softened.
2After soaking, transfer the softened Dried radish greens to a large pot, add fresh water to cover, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 to 2 hours until very tender. Check tenderness by pinching a piece; it should be easily torn.
3Drain the boiled Dried radish greens and rinse thoroughly under cold running water, squeezing out excess water several times until the water runs clear and any bitterness is removed.
