2In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, doenjang, gochujang, minced garlic, and water. Whisk thoroughly until a smooth batter forms, ensuring there are no lumps.
3Add the diced Korean zucchini, diced onion, chopped green onion, and diced red chili pepper to the batter. Mix well to evenly distribute all the vegetables throughout the Jangtteok batter.
