Pat the Rohu Fish dry. Marinate the Rohu Fish with 2 grams of Turmeric Powder and 3 grams of Salt for 15 minutes.

Heat 40 grams of Mustard Oil in a heavy-bottomed pan over medium-high heat. Lightly shallow-fry the marinated Rohu Fish pieces for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove the Rohu Fish and set aside.

In a bowl, whisk the Plain Yogurt until completely smooth. Add the remaining 3 grams of Turmeric Powder, Cumin Powder, Coriander Powder, Red Chili Powder, and 2 grams of Salt to the Plain Yogurt and mix well to form a smooth paste.
