1Wash 200g Short-grain white rice thoroughly until water runs clear. Cook the Short-grain white rice according to package directions. Once cooked, transfer the hot Short-grain white rice to a large mixing bowl. Add 10g Toasted sesame oil, 3g Fine sea salt, and 5g Toasted sesame seeds to the Short-grain white rice. Mix gently with a rice paddle, then spread it out to cool slightly.
2Drain 150g Canned tuna completely. In a small bowl, combine the drained Canned tuna with 50g Mayonnaise and 1g Black pepper. Mix well to create the tuna filling.
3Blanch 150g Fresh spinach in boiling water for 30 seconds. Immediately transfer to an ice bath, then squeeze out excess water. In a bowl, season the Fresh spinach with 5g Toasted sesame oil and 1g Fine sea salt.
