1Dice the Chicken thigh into small 1cm pieces. Finely dice the Onion.
2Heat Vegetable oil and 5 grams of Unsalted butter (for rice) in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add the diced Onion and sauté until softened and translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
3Add the diced Chicken thigh to the pan and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Season with 2 grams of Salt (for rice) and 1 gram of Black pepper.
