1To prepare the salsa, place the Roma tomatoes, Serrano chile, and half of the White onion and one Garlic clove in a small pot with water. Bring to a boil and cook until the Roma tomatoes are soft and their skins begin to split, about 10 minutes.
2Drain the cooked Roma tomatoes, Serrano chile, White onion, and Garlic clove. Transfer them to a blender along with half of the Fresh cilantro and 2 grams of Salt. Blend until smooth. Set aside.
3For the refried Black beans, finely chop the remaining half of the White onion and one Garlic clove. Heat 15 grams of Vegetable oil in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add the chopped White onion and Garlic clove and sauté until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
